WHY GO SOLAR?

Lower Electricity Bills

Generate your own electricity and reduce dependence on grid power. Most of what your roof produces during the day is used on site immediately, so you buy fewer units from the utility every billing cycle. How much your bill falls depends on your consumption pattern and the size of the system installed.

Long-Term Savings

Solar can turn a recurring electricity expense into a long-term energy investment. Panels keep producing for decades with very little maintenance, so the system continues to offset purchased electricity long after the installation cost is recovered. We estimate your payback from your own bill instead of quoting a generic figure.

Energy Independence

Generate clean electricity directly from your own rooftop. With an on-grid system you stay connected to the utility but lean on it far less during daylight hours. Add battery storage and essential loads keep running even when grid supply is interrupted.

Cleaner Energy

Use renewable energy and reduce dependence on conventional electricity sources. Every unit generated on your roof is a unit that does not have to come from coal or gas, and the system runs with no fuel, no emissions and no moving parts.

SOLAR SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR ENERGY NEEDS

ON-GRID SOLAR

Generate solar power while staying connected to the electricity grid. Your loads run on solar first and draw from the utility only when generation is lower than demand. Where net metering is available, surplus units are exported and adjusted against your bill. This is the most common choice for homes and businesses with reliable grid supply, because there is no battery to buy or replace.

OFF-GRID SOLAR

Generate and store solar power with battery backup for greater energy independence and reliable power availability. Daytime generation charges the battery bank while running your loads, and stored energy covers evenings or grid outages. Suited to properties with frequent power cuts, sites without a dependable connection, and loads that cannot be interrupted.

SOLAR FOR EVERY PROPERTY

HOME

Rooftop solar systems designed for families looking to reduce electricity expenses and generate their own clean power. We check your monthly consumption and the shadow free area on your terrace, then size a system that fits both, and help with net metering paperwork and scheme applications.

RESIDENTIAL SOLAR →

COMMERCIAL

Solar systems designed for businesses looking to reduce operating costs and make better use of available rooftop space. Commercial loads usually peak during the day, exactly when a rooftop system generates most, so a large share of the output is consumed on site. We design for return on investment and provide monitoring so output can be tracked.

COMMERCIAL SOLAR →

HOUSING SOCIETIES

Scalable rooftop solar solutions for apartment communities and shared electricity requirements. Lifts, water pumps, corridor lighting and clubhouse power are well suited to rooftop generation. We work with the managing committee through proposals, approvals, sizing, installation and handover.

FROM ROOFTOP TO POWER

01

CONSULTATION

We go through your recent electricity bills, your usage pattern through the day and what you want the system to achieve. This narrows the sensible capacity range before anyone visits the site.

02

SITE ASSESSMENT

Our team measures usable roof area, checks shading at different times of day, and inspects the structure, existing wiring, earthing and meter position.

03

SYSTEM DESIGN

We prepare the array layout, panel and inverter selection, mounting structure and single line diagram, with a written generation estimate and cost.

04

INSTALLATION

Structures, panels, inverter, cabling, earthing and protection are installed by our own team, followed by testing, commissioning and net meter coordination.

05

START SAVING

Once the meter is in place the system starts supplying your loads. We show you how to read the monitoring app and stay available for service and maintenance.

WHAT EVERY INSTALLATION INCLUDES

The same scope applies whether the system is 3 kW on a terrace or a larger array on a commercial roof. Nothing on this list is an optional extra.

Site survey and load study

Roof measurement, shadow analysis through the day, structural check and a review of your last few electricity bills before anything is quoted.

Written design and price

The array layout, system sizing and single line diagram, quoted as one figure covering material, structure, labour and paperwork, so you can see what the price includes before you commit.

Named components

The make and model of panels, inverter, structure, cables and protection devices are written into your quotation, so you know exactly what is being installed.

Net metering support

We prepare and file the application with your distribution company in Odisha, follow it up, and coordinate the meter change and inspection.

Warranty papers in your name

Panel, inverter and workmanship warranties handed over as documents in your name, along with the invoice and commissioning report, so a claim can be raised years later.

Five years of support

Periodic inspection, performance review, cleaning guidance and warranty coordination for five years from the date of commissioning.

MAKE YOUR ROOFTOP WORK FOR YOU

Explore rooftop solar benefits and government support available through PM Surya Ghar Yojana. It is a national scheme, open to households across India, aimed at helping them install rooftop systems and generate their own electricity, and it runs through empanelled vendors and your local distribution company. We handle that process for customers in Odisha, explaining the steps, preparing the documents and coordinating the site work so you are not managing the application alone.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does rooftop solar cost?

Cost depends on the system size, the roof and structure required, and the panels and inverter selected. A larger system costs more in total but usually less per unit of capacity. Share your electricity bill and rooftop details and we will give you a cost range for your property rather than a headline number.

Generation depends on installed capacity, sunlight availability at your location, roof orientation and tilt, shading and how clean the panels are kept. Output also varies through the year, with monsoon months producing less than clear winter and summer days. Our site assessment gives you a realistic annual estimate for your property.

An on-grid system works alongside the utility connection and can export surplus power through net metering, but it shuts down during a grid outage as a safety measure. An off-grid or hybrid system adds a battery bank, so chosen loads keep running when the grid is down. On-grid costs less and suits areas with dependable supply, while battery backed systems suit frequent outages or critical loads.

Space depends on the capacity you need and the panel wattage used, and only shadow free area counts. Water tanks, staircase headrooms, parapets, adjacent buildings and trees all reduce the usable portion of a terrace. A site assessment confirms how much of your roof can actually carry panels and what capacity that allows.

The physical installation of a residential system is usually completed in a few working days once material reaches site. The longer part of the timeline is approvals and the net meter change, which depends on your distribution company. We share a specific schedule once your system is designed and the application is filed.

Solar panels are built for long term outdoor use and typically carry manufacturer performance warranties of around 25 years, with output declining gradually rather than failing suddenly. Inverters have a shorter service life than panels and may need replacement once during the system life. Mounting structures are designed for local wind loads and need only periodic inspection.

Panels still generate in cloudy or overcast conditions, but at reduced output compared with clear sunlight. Annual estimates already account for seasonal variation, so a few dull days do not change the yearly picture much. On an on-grid system the utility simply supplies the shortfall, which is why sizing is based on annual consumption rather than a single day.

Support may be available for residential rooftop systems under schemes such as PM Surya Ghar Yojana, subject to eligibility, capacity limits and the process defined by the scheme. Amounts and conditions are revised from time to time, so we do not quote figures here. Please check the official portal for the current position, and we will guide you through the application steps.

The PM Surya Ghar subsidy applies only to On-Grid and Hybrid systems, both of which connect to the grid and support net metering. Off-Grid systems, which operate independently without a grid connection, are not eligible.
