ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms apply to your use of mayurenergy.com and to any enquiry you make through it. Where we go on to carry out work for you, the written quotation and work order we issue for that project will also apply, and if anything in it differs from these terms, the quotation and work order take precedence for that project.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mayur Infra and Energy, of Golei Chhak, Karanjia, Keonjhar, Odisha 757037. "You" means the person or business using the site or engaging us. Please read this page before you rely on anything here or ask us to start work.

USING THIS WEBSITE

You may read this site and use it to contact us. You may not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be online or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

WHAT THIS SITE IS, AND WHAT IT IS NOT

Everything published here, including system sizes, generation figures, prices, payback periods and articles on our blog, is general guidance based on typical conditions in Odisha. It is written to help you understand your options. It is not a quotation, not a survey, and not professional advice for your particular property.

Real numbers depend on your roof, your shading, your consumption, your sanctioned load and the equipment finally selected. Nothing on this site forms a binding offer, and no contract exists between us until we issue a written quotation and you accept it.

SERVICE AREA

We install and service rooftop solar systems in Odisha only, and our usual working area is Mayurbhanj and north Odisha. We are happy to answer questions from anywhere, but we cannot take on installation work outside our service area.

QUOTATIONS, ORDERS AND PAYMENT

SUBSIDY AND SCHEME INFORMATION

PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana is a central government scheme, administered by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy through its national portal. It is open to eligible residential consumers across India. Our own service area being limited to Odisha does not limit the scheme.

Where you ask us to, we will help you through the application. What we cannot do is guarantee the outcome. Approval, the amount released and the timing are decided by the authorities and your distribution company, not by us. Eligibility rules, capacity slabs and support amounts are revised from time to time, so any figure we discuss is an estimate until you see it confirmed on your own login on the official portal.

The subsidy is paid to you by bank transfer after inspection and commissioning. It is not a discount on our invoice, and our payment terms do not depend on when it arrives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

WARRANTIES

Solar modules, inverters and other components carry the manufacturer's own warranty. Those warranties are given by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer's terms, and we pass on the documents to you at handover. Our own workmanship warranty covers the installation itself and is stated in your quotation.

Warranties do not cover damage from causes outside the installation, including storms, lightning, flooding, falling trees or branches, animals and birds, theft, fire, accidental damage, or work done on the system by anyone we did not authorise. Generation figures are estimates, not guarantees, because output depends on weather, shading and how the system is maintained.

LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or savings, or for delays caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including weather, supply shortages, grid outages and the time taken by any authority or distribution company to approve, inspect or connect a system. Our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel after accepting a quotation but before material is ordered, we will refund what you have paid, less any survey or design work already carried out. Once equipment has been ordered or work has begun, we will deduct the cost of material committed and work completed. Where we have to cancel, for example because the roof is not suitable or an approval is refused, we will refund amounts paid for work not done.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The text, photographs, drawings and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read and share links to our pages. You may not republish our content as your own, or use it commercially, without our written permission.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

We link to official sources such as the national rooftop solar portal so you can verify scheme details yourself. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. Always treat the official portal, not our summary of it, as the authority on scheme rules.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected with them or with work we carry out will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Karanjia, Odisha. We would always rather settle a problem by talking to you first, so please contact us before taking any other step.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here on the date you make an enquiry is the one that applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
